Booked a room with two queen beds only to find they were overbooked, forcing me into a king bed, which didn’t suit my plans. The compensation offered was drink vouchers at the bar, but they were useless since the bar closed early. Additionally, the morning staff was particularly unhelpful regarding breakfast vouchers, leading to unnecessary hassle during a busy stay. Overall, the experience felt inconsistent with what I expected based on prior stays.
